Spinning for Tomorrow

Clock ticks…
Then tocks…
Spinning swift
World whirls
Hollers tomorrow
Spiders stretching
Yearning spin
Silk eternal.
Stretch long.
Reach far.
Yearn hard.
For tomorrow
Hunger screams
Encroaching dark.
Wistful spin a
New dawn.
Today Is
Laboring to
Catch flying
Headlong tomorrow.
